"La casa tiene posibilidades, pero hay que invertir, sobre todo si la alquilas en invierno.Es una casa muy fría con una estufa de pellets en el salón, junto con una chimenea de leña que no da para calentar la casa. Hay estufas en todas las habitaciones que no calientan nada, y si además enchufas el lavavajillas y el extractor la luz salta. "The staff was friendly, but we did not have a five star (Google) or 9.6 (Expedia) experience. Check in began at 1230 according to the website but we were not set to arrive till 330. I received a message that there would not be anyone to check us in from 230 to 430 - I was told it was “rest time” for their staff. I messaged back the time we were planning on arriving (we had driven five hours that day) and was told no one would be there but we could wait on them. We adjusted our schedule and it was fine. We get checked into our room and my wife comes out of the bathroom and said, “someone has been smoking in there”. Not sure if they had a policy or not but did not want to be blamed for smoking and so I told the front desk. They moved us to the room next door - that was nice. Then the 15” tv remote would not work. They brought us another one - that was nice. I initially found the property through a Google search. It is listed as a “5 Star Property”. It is not! It is a nice hotel that we personally had a few small things happen that although they were quick to address, limit what we can "
