“Great location right across the street from where we went Rock Crawling with our jeep group.”

“Very cozy, quiet location. I was working in the area and didn't want to make the 2 hour drive home every day. Cost of a 3 night stay eas less than I would've spent on diesel and I had my own private place to stay. Will stay again when I come back in a few weeks.”

“Peaceful and quiet little weekend getaway! Close to shopping and restaurants!”

“Toulouse room has great potential. It needs new carpet(or try cleaning current carpet) and the humidity wrinkled rug under the bed just needs to be removed to remedy the trip hazard it creates. The portable A/C unit worked well for us. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was mostly clean. It is good sized as is the closet. The bicycles weren’t rideable but owner said parts were ordered to fix them. Just fyi - We have heard from other BnB and VRBO owners that they eventually learned that……

“Very comfortable room. Also very quiet.”

“The cabin has a good location to access the water; however, it is poorly maintained. Upon arrival, we noticed the chairs and tables outside were covered with dust and bird poo. We cannot close the door very well and we had to fix it. There was no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner provided. What is even worse, we didn’t dare to use the microwave or coffee maker because they look dirty. The refrigerator is also dirty.”

“Exactly as needed, a nice calm quiet place right by the water at a low cost. Checked all my boxes.”

“This is a great little getaway spot for my wife’s birthday. Only 15 minutes from Jefferson and Caddo Lake, beautiful drives on the back roads, great view of the creek and awesome to have a fully screened in porch to get away from the bugs. Our misunderstanding was looking solely at the pictures made us feel like It was more secluded than it actually was.”

“Very spacious and comfortable. The rooms were clean and decorated very nicely! I love that the Host responded quickly! We didn’t experience any issues or problems. There’s also plenty of space for parking. The bathroom was nice and clean. Kitchen and living room very spacious and clean. I love that they have games/ family activities. Thank you for such a wonderful, lovely stay and for helping our family build memories together.”

“If you are elderly, or have any disabilities, this is not the place for you to stay. The bed is extremely high, and the bath tub/shower is tall and hard to get your leg over, along with the tub being very slippery, and no place to hold on to. The room smelled really musty when we arrived, and the smell stayed throughout our two night stay, even with my BBW spray.”
