「This is a student housing building, where apartments are being rented via an external company based in the UK; there is no lobby or person to ask for help on the premises. You have to pick up a key from a lockbox with a code, etc, which is an additional step. Also, the company requires you to share a photo of your ID in advance or else they threaten cancelling the booking. They sent me a wrong key pickup code once and I had to call a British phone number to get it sorted out. It is all doable,...

「Great place. Conveniently located. Charming decor. Very nice amenities. The pool was perfect. We spent most of the stay outside lounging by the pool. My kids even got me on the pickleball court and I realized I’m not in shape anymore. But at least I could relax in the hot tub afterwards. Easy to find even for DoorDash.」

「Home was very bright & welcoming. Had everything needed as far as towels, bedding , paper towels, dish soap & trash bags, and laundry supplies . Could use a few more drinking glasses but that is very minor. Will definitely consider staying again and recommend to others that may be staying in Omaha. 」

「We loved staying in this lovely little house. Perfect for our little family of 3 for our birthday and Fathers Day celebration. Super close to the zoo and the outdoor activities here in Omaha. There are several close public pools here too which are very affordable to visit as well. The food choices were amazing and we got to enjoy some Missouri favorites as well (Hawaiian Bros) If we come back this way we will definitely see if this property is available! 」

「One of the worst experiences! We booked this location in February for a weekend stay, June 13-14th! Knowing that Omaha would be booked out for the College World Series!! We never could get the host to respond to us or VRBO!! The communication attempts continued until the very last minute! Ultimately we had to cancel!! 「Fun little property. The comforts of granny's house with artsy updates. Great neighborhood located close to all the activities. We would definitely stay here again. Some of the things we did: Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium, Joslyn Art Museum, The Old Market, Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge, Café Postale, Alpine Inn. 」
