“Its an old flip. For hastings its fine, better than a hotel. The family across the street kept having verbal disputes. The floors are suspect. The place felt/smelled damp. ”

With people living and walking around upstairs, the "white noise" machine worked wonders while trying to sleep.One negative, Being in the basement is already the coolest portion of the home, but when the residents upstairs like their rooms cool, it sure makes the basement that much colder. Nothing a good wrap around blanket can't fix.”

“From the pictures, the house appeared older but clean, which I was fine with. However, when I arrived, the experience was quite different. The first sign was when I used a washcloth and noticed makeup stains still on it.The final straw was when I took a shower and grabbed a towel, only to find it was dirty.
