"Lovely budget hotel in a beautiful town. We stayed in a four bed family room. Very clean and very well maintained. Beds very comfy. Surprised that the window opens fully inwards. Potential safery hazard for younger children. Breakfast great but slightly expensive for what was on offer. Just scrambled egg and bacon for hot choices. Coffee and continental options very good. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Very happy to recommend. "

"Good residence for the family. We booked the top of the range suite, had 2 bathrooms. All the conveniences were there except a washing machine but fine for a stay less than a week. The property was very clean when we checked in and we returned it in a fairly clean state. The spa is good and the putside hot tub with views of the mountains is spectacular. "

"Good value Contemporary Bed a little firm but good for me Fridge smelt and nothing done about it as clients responsibilty Apart from that lovely staff , well run . On leaving nowhere secure to leave baggage , just left in reception area & not looked after ! But hopefully safe !!! "

"Excellent hotel the staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, breakfast was really enjoyable with plenty of selection, location is a 10min walk to the center, plus side is the bus stop is right outside of the hotel that takes you straight to the telecabine"

"A well appointed apartment with a nice modern kitchen area. Information from owner was easy enough to follow & the key manager provided the details for accessing the key (despite my rusty French!)Advise bringing some Dolce Gusto pods for the coffee machine (although the nearby Spar does stock them, and is the best supermarket in Les Carroz and only 2 mins walk away) Similarly a dishwasher is present, so again bring tablets if you want.Bathroom o.k and enough hot water, as mentioned before upper sleeping area not ideal for very young children or elderly, but suited me and my teenage lads fine. Enough pots, pans etc to cook most meals. All in all to be recommended and would be happy to stay again. "
