"Having had to pay for parking to check in at the named hotel, we then travelled to the apartment. On arrival having again paid for parking, we went into the apartment and found the bedroom with unmade dirty sheets and dirty towels in the bathroom. We phoned the hotel who said we could have an upgrade. We eventually found the apartmend due to diversions. The gentleman who met us said he had checked the apartment and it was clean. L'eau de douche a du mal à s'evacuer correctement ce qui implique débordement (innondation), humidité. Nous avons dû utiliser toutes les serviettes pour éponger. L'appartement ne sent pas la fraicheur. Le mobilier vetuste avec plusieurs choses à remplacer. Le conciregerie n'a même pas pirs la peine de se déplacer pour s'excuser et constater...
