「El Hotel esta bueno, se nota que no le están prestando la correcta atención al mantenimiento. El personal es amable, pero no es resolutivo, falta predisposición a solucionar los problemas. Tiene muchos pequeños detalles que hacen que no me termine de convencer. En caso de Volver a Sierra de la Ventana no lo volvería a elegir. Hay buenas opciones y por menos valor.」

「We stayed here Dec 2011, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby was nice, good location of hotel to town square. They had parking for an extra cost. Weak WiFi signal in room. No window in room. Beds and room needed updating - quite old. I would look for another hotel next time. Overall average hotel.」
