“Staying here was a peaceful escape. The place was very clean and had so many thoughtful little touches that made it feel like home as you could tell a lot of care went into setting it up for guests. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning, and being so close to the water was a major bonus.The only challenge was sharing one bathroom with three other people, but to be fair, it was super spacious and nicely updated. “This place was outstanding. The on line description and pictures are accurate. The owner was very helpful throughout the entire process and responded in a timely manner to all requests. We had a total of 11 people for the week and had plenty of room. Everyone enjoyed the game room and all of the lake items provided. The location on the cove was great as there was not a lot of traffic on the lake. You can not go wrong if you book here just don’t take my week for next year .”

“We were in Gainesville due to a family member being in the hospital. This house was the perfect location and set up for what we needed. Communication with Chris was awesome and he was extremely helpful when we needed to book an extra night. Plus, we got to see numerous deer every day!”

“Two friends and I enjoyed this clean, comfortable, modern, quiet yet convenient home for a quick getaway. Comfy furnishings and beds. Appreciated the blackout bedroom curtains and Keurig coffee provided. Not shown in photos is a comfy, peaceful patio behind the house.A couple of suggestions the owner could consider providing to make stays even better for future guests: paper towels and/or kitchen towel(s) and some tumbler-style glasses since only wine glasses were available during our stay.……

“I took a friend here for her 50th. We stayed the night here and did a couple of wine tastings at vineyards near by. We had dinner on the property that night. The villa was perfect! Cute and the perfect size. Dinner was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay.”

“We came to stay for 1 week while kids went to camp at the local North Georgia Wildlife park. We loved the setup of the house. It is perfect for a couple families. The kitchen has everything and there is space to gather inside and outside on the lovely and spacious decks. We absolutely loved sitting and watching the sunset and the fireflies come out! The river access was fun as well. It is a convenient location for hikes and little downtown Dahlonega, which is so cute. We hope to come and stay……
