「除了用餐准备时间太长外，几乎无可挑剔。 不知道为什么会把酒店名翻译成“象牙”，太误导了。这是奥利芬家族私邸改建的酒店。 酒店很多基础设施，都有150年历史。即便新配置的家具，多半也是安装殖民时期的风格配置的，所以一走进酒店就有穿越到十九世纪的感觉。 入住当天只有我们一行5人，所以两个管家服务的很周到。只是用餐准备的时间太长，从点餐到上前餐花了一个多小时时间，因为现点现做，后厨只有一个厨师和帮手的原因。这难免引起我们的不快，我们的不满弄得两位管家很紧张，反而让我们有些心不安。晚餐虽然准备时间很长，但做的很地道，于是把不满化作感谢，大家皆大欢喜。」

「Beautiful tranquil villa on a picturesque mountainside. Very clean, open villa with amazing Infinity pool, rainforest showers and dining area. Fantastic view of mountains, tea plantation and rapids. Shuttle service up mountain to villa. Very friendly staff with delicious dining service. Would absolutely recommend this stay. 」

「Dirty beds, bedsheets and bathroom. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody. Bathroom was leaking and dirty with spiders and spiderwebs. Room is like a jail, no windows. It was a horrible experience. I advise travellers to stay at Hatton and travel to Nallandeniya on time to clime Adam's peak.」
