「This is the first time using VRBO. Our host family was very accommodating. They had a fire pit available, since they knew we were part of scouts. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us to have our own bed for sleeping. They provided all the bathroom supplies. The kitchen had all the amenities of home. This property is located in the Eastern time zone in Dubois County. We spent much of our time about 5 miles south in Spencer County. We've visited Santa Claus IN.I would definitely...

「This was the perfect place for my family to stay for our annual trip to Holiday World. We have stayed at other hotels and the cottages near the park and this place was by far the best. Perfect amount of space for us, our 2 girls and our 3 nieces. Loved the location. Our kids loved the animals. Hoping to make it back next year and will definitely look to book Shannon’s place again. I highly recommend Shannon’s place!」

I highly recommend it; Julie was the contact person, and they respond quickly to messages, showing they are attentive, available, and truly...

「Excellent stay! Property was clean and exactly as described. Would stay here again when in the area and recommend for a quiet out of the way stay.」

「The property was conveniently located within all of our planned attractions.」

The kids loved being out in and on the water - there were two kayaks and a paddle boat for guest use - as well as having their own space upstairs. We enjoyed the privacy and the relaxing atmosphere of the interior and exterior of the home. Not too far from Holiday World and was actually a nice drive! The upstairs loft can get hot pretty quick, so the owner had already provided two fans on-site and this was...
