“Clean, staff friendly. ”

“Walking into the condo was like walking into 1981. Seriously outdated decor. A lot of dust on furniture and lamps. Hard floors left your white socks dirty. There were used coffee grounds in the coffee maker. The staff were very nice folks though. Our Air was off when we checked in, but they came to fix it right away. The biggest I complaint I have was after we checked out. I inadvertently left my JBL Bluetooth speaker in the bedroom and it somehow magically disappeared. I called the……

“Nothing special but the beds weren't hard. Google gps sucked on how to actually get to the hotel.”

“Breakfast was your sub par breakfast buffet. Our bed only had a VERY thin fitted sheet no.padding on the mattress. I thought since bed bug issues more was required”

“The breakfast selection was better than expected. We had a nice first floor room right across from the pool and workout area. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times during our stay. I will definitely be staying there again if we go back to Holiday World.”

“The room was poorly stocked for a group of 4 people. The tv was hard to access. To use the free Wi-Fi you had to watch a sales video and the Wi-Fi was not secure. The breakfast cereal was stale.”

“We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. We had 4 rooms which were nice. There were lots of Christmas activities going on. Our dinner at the West Baden resort was wonderful. Both hotels are very nice, but I would recommend the French Lick Hotel if you have kids along.”
