“It was a good stay”

“The hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was really nice and helpful. We had a comfortable stay there.”

“Property was under extensive renovation and doing a great job. Late on Sat night I discovered that there was no soap in the shower body wash dispenser. I waited told morning and the desk person (I think owner and rather grumpy) handed me some lil bars o soap. The AC was a bit too load and the room was small, no work desk. But room very nice and clean.”

“The room was clean and the staff was very nice. The property was near a good burger place and there wasn't much through traffic at the property. The AC worked but didn't seem like it cooled the room off fast. It wasn't hot but it didn't get cold. Indiana Caverns was a short distance away and it's worth going to if you like caves. We would stay here again if we were in the area.”

“A cleaning staff Took my medication out of the fridge It had my name on it clearly and it costs $10000 a month. The front desk clerk was no help at all and treated me very rudely. Did not call a manager did not call the cleaning staff that left for the day already. He was not concerned at all. I don't think he's cut out for that sort of job he had no empathy for my situation whatsoever. Completely blew me off and acted like it was all my fault. I had to go dumpster diving And went through 15……

“Don’t do it it! Holes in the towels, dirty floors, towel rack fell off when trying to hang towel. So many smoking outside the front automatic doors that the entire lobby, including the breakfast area smelled like smoke, but there really was nothing to eat in the breakfast area because they didn’t have any food at 8 o’clock in the morning.”

“Breakfast was a wow factor! Hot, fresh pancakes were made to order, sausages and omelets were hot and fresh, freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly brewed coffee, etc.. The staff was friendly with cheery smiles and courteous! Regards,”

“The room is very clean, without any odor. The furniture is in very good condition, the bed is very comfortable, and the AC is powerful. The stuff is courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“Cons: TV didn't work. Room was musty smelling. Breakfast consisted of bad coffee, a muffin and an apple. Pros: Bed was comfortable, good water pressure, nice size refrigerator & freezer, good size room.”

“I was denied a receipt at check out. Housekeeping every other day, usuall required another visit to the front desk daily to get towels, washcloths, coffee, etc. New computer system was creating a lot of problems for staff.”
