" Bright and well lit. Adequately stocked with items. Bedroom was clean ans the entire place had lots of closet space. 2nd bedroom was locked and not accessible to me. Would have been nice to lay out my suitcase there. The problem was clealiness. The dishes-- plates, cups and spoons were dirty. I had to wash everthing before I used it. "-5 stars if we could. Upon arrival the place didn’t seem to be cleaned at all. It was actually DISGUSTING. Kitchen, fridges, floors, webs everywhere, and the sheets had a stench. We are being charged a 300 cleaning fee and so I assume the previous party were charged the same. Hard to justify the cleaning fee we are paying if its not going to be cleaned after us and this is just the tip of the iceberg.The BBQ grill was weak (200 degree Fahrenheit maximum). "Spent one night in Port Perry to go to car show. Arrived night before and walked around town as suggested by Lynn our host and enjoyed the beautiful old homes and marina. Had an amazing dinner at Jesters and next day had a fantastic breakfast at the Inn. Excellent host, lovely little dog Teddie. Felt like home. Could not have asked for better stay. "
