“Clean room”

“It’s a two star hotel. Sketchy at best. The room seamed clean. The bed was comfortable. The check-in guy was more interested in his phone calls than me. The next guy was friendly and we had a good conversation. Loads of people sitting in the parking lot for some reason. Back door propped open with a rock. Breakfast was ok”

“The hotel is located just a few minutes walk away from the train station. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is pretty good as well.”

“We stayed here for one night with our family of four (two kids) and had a great experience overall. The staff were very friendly and check-in was smooth. The room was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone and our bags. The beds were comfortable, though we did notice both beds were quite squeaky. The hotel has a very modern, vibrant vibe. The kids loved playing foosball in the lobby after dinner! Despite being right next to a small airport, our room was perfectly quiet and we didn't hear……

“When check in the room the sink was choked complained to staff they promised to address on return in the evening issue still not addressed sink was overflowing. Promised to change the room returned late night room was never changed. In middle of night changed to room myself no help. After few hours the power was cut, no AC, no light, no elevators, no room phone service. Power was never restored till I left around 11.00. I had to bring my luggage from satires three flight down, no help. They……

“I booked this hotel with breakfast for out of town grieving guests with breakfast included hoping to make their stay easier. They were told at checkin that it was not included. Subsequently after some stress at a time we didn’t need it, plus conversations the staff realized their error but by then it was already upsetting for me and my guests. Just one more thing we didn’t need for a $300+ hotel night in Oshawa. Do better with the next folks.”

A male staff help me to register membership , I stays over 30 days Holiday inn in the pass few year in different country. No staff proactive help me register the membership. And the female staff asked me again when I check out. And she also asked me how to improve. Although the room is not perfect, and somethings need to improve. She really mark it down on the……
