Even with the ongoing labour dispute, the hotel was clean, friendly and comfortable. Getting onto the property was relatively quick despite picketers holding cars for 5 mins and letting 5 cars in at a time. The concert venue is conveniently located as is the gambling floor.

Beautiful facility and a really nice location. However, I hope the place gets it's labor issues sorted out soon. The staffing shortage and limited amenities are quite noticeable.

The hotel wasn’t fully staffed this stay since they are on strike. The pool and hot tub were closed and so were the restaurants. We booked the stay because we were going to a concert on the evening. The strike meant an hour or longer wait in our car to get in to the parking lot. Everything was safely controlled and staff did their best. We were also given a later check out to compensate for the later check in due to the picket line only letting 5 cars in every 5 minutes or so. Apparently the pool is open during the week as the hotel is not as busy and staff have a bit more time to maintain it. The rooms are very nice

Unfortunately we were unaware there was a labour dispute so amenities were minimal including the casino, and food and beverage. It was also difficult to access the property due to the strike.. I feel the hotel rates were still too high for the incredible reduction in services and amenities. Rooms were still clean and maintained.

At the time of my arrival, there was a strike at the casino. Although it was a little inconvenient, the staff that were on site were very pleasant and helped anyway they could. The room was clean. The casino was clean. We enjoyed ourselves.
