「Really bad soundproofing」

「First the staff is fanstastic the guy who was there during my stay is phenomenal, i had a water leak in my room and he immediately helped me out and change my room. But you book this if you have no other alternatives, the room smelled like wet dog, the hallway smells like cigarettes all throughout, the room felt clean but that about it. Around the property has looks to be desired. i will not be going back there again ever.」

「Everything about the room was good and basic. Only needed to sleep there and nothing else so no major complaints. Air conditioner was not working, thankfully it was not a hot day. Room still got a little hot. Excellent location to hop on the GO train into the city. Will stay again.」

「Only convenient thing with this property is the location from 401 and available parking space may because very few people checked in during the weekdays. The property and rooms are full of bad odours and in rooms it seems people had smoking, Marijuana and other cannabis products. No amenities like iron , microwave or anything in room. The common microwave on main floor is full of garbage and dirty you will not prefer to warm your food in this . The staff is too rude whenever you ask for anything...

「Was good in a pinch. That being said, the property is next to a 401 interchange and extremely noisy most of the time. As mentioned above, the manager greeted me with bare, dirty, stinking feet at the door. Not very hygienic! Room had some bugs on the floor but sheets and bedding clean. Hot water took a good 5 minutes to get to the room and shower was adequate. Very small room but was fine for me. Nice to have fridge and microwave. Definitely not a 5 , 4, or even 3 star. A solid 2.5.」

「Good for an overnight stay fairly close to the airport. Comfortable bed, easy check in, convenient location, poor breakfast. The property is currently being painted so for privacy, its suggested curtains are kept closed, which would have been an issue if we havent arrived in the dark and departed first thing in the morning.」
