“Gorgeous cabin juat and 1 hour from toronto, but feels like you are hours north in the wilderness yet amenities within 10 min, for those things you may have forgotten. The cabin itself is well equipped with necessities, extra towels, extra sheets, brita, keurig, erc. So spacious with so much extra space. Space for everyone and all of our things without anything being in the way. Highly recomment this stay and host!”

“Lovely place to stay at in a great location. Even though near a road there was tons of privacy around the property. We were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen had all the things we’d need to cook with. They have the fireplace setup properly so you can stay there in cold weather and still be warm and cozy indoors. We really enjoyed our time staying here. Extremely clean and everything was organized inside the cottage really well. ”

“Beautiful rustic cabin that faces Madawaska River. Brad (also met his mom) are lovely hosts.Cabin is in the yard (I think) of Brad's family cabin. He told me he'd be on the property the day we checked in. His family did some maintenance but they left the following day. It's very private, which we love.Cabin itself is very well-equipped. “The property is well kept with gorgeous views. The inside is cozy and clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was nice to cook in. It was like a home away from home. Lots of amenities and we enjoyed sitting in the sauna and hot tub after a long day of hiking. I highly recommend Kuro at Paint Lake. I would go here again. ”

“Our experience with a stay at this lodge was so incredible. We stayed in cabin #8, which was small but very cozy. Our family of 5 slept all together which we don’t get to do often so was fun!
