“On reaching the location the host said he was not aware of my booking or payment, that he needed some time to confirm and ask me to stay in one small room before he confirms. And end up staying in the room that looks nothing like the one on the booking site. It was really bad, electricity was cut off for a whole day, I have to sleep in the dark and it was after 1pm the next day before the electricity was restored. I will never recommend this place to anyone”

“The property was great in the photos and the space appeared generally as advertised. However, the stairs to enter the basement apartment are crumbling, the blind on the door window was ripped. There were weeds surrounding the path to get to the stairs. The walls were dirty and the dishwasher was not unloaded prior to our arrival. The cushion on the couch in the living room is sagging and missing filling in some areas and very uncomfortable as a result. The office area had a Foosball table but……

“Overall, great! The vacuuming at 10 pm was a bit much & zero soundproofing. Would be nice if other tenants stuff was removed, bars of used soap, food etc. but great neighbourhood, easy check in. Very quick response to any questions. I would book again”

“the place around the property is really beautiful but the place itself is average. there’s not much stuff, I just wish there’s an extra towel (which I did ask the owner about) and a few more extra necessities like extra toilet paper, slippers, and kitchen utensils. The pillow is also a bit too thin and I just wish there’s more pillows since there are 5 of us. Overall, the place is pretty good, its chill and its a nice place to stay, I just hope there’s more to it tho since the place is pretty……

“The property was NOT what was advertised. Be ware that if you choose this property you will be in the basement of a house with 8 locked rooms sharing everything with the guests in the other 7 rooms. As well even though the pics clearly show the pool and back yard, you DO NOT get access to it. We left immediately.”

“Upon entering the house, there was a very strong, unpleasant odor, and the air felt stuffy and unclear. There is no washing machine to do laundry, which is very inconvenient. None of the rooms have bedside/desk lamps, and there are no charging outlets near the beds or usable locations for phones. Additionally, the dishwasher is leaking, and the stove top is leaking gas, which makes us feel very unsafe. We also found out that the basement is rented out to other people, making us feel like we have……
