「I have been unable to focus on anything else because of this situation and the sleepless night I experienced. I am genuinely shocked that a property advertised as accommodation for guests would provide a bed in such unacceptable condition. The sofa bed was unusable for sleeping due to the damaged springs and uneven surface. I had no choice but to sleep on the floor. Frankly, this falls far below the standard that any reasonable guest would expect from accommodation listed on Expedia I chose...

「This was a great rental! Such a great price in the cutest neighborhood. We were confused at first that we booked through Expedia looking for a hotel but it ended up being a Vrbo. The host Uju was so helpful! Gave great recommendations, allowed us a late checkout and was quick to respond. The two bedroom was clean and had great light. Basic amenities in the kitchen and bathroom were also provided. Would come back again! Thanks Uju!」

「The communication between the people who own this property and rented out and myself was terrible. They waited until the last few days to collect information. I was already on my way to my trip and didn’t wanna take the time to send them photo IDs, etc., etc. when I’m already traveling to that destination it took us at least three hours to get into the unit once we arrived. They did not leave us the fob for the parking area or send us the letter about it. Ask for a refund a partial refund anyway...

Our complaint was that all the beds were pretty uncomfortable in our unit and the pillows were extremely flat. A big thing if you’re really depending on a good nights sleep! I would book again but at least bring my own pillow if I could!」

「We came to Toronto for the first time with our two kids (under 10). The McCaul stay was very nice. It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed and the host communicates in a timely manner. It is pretty square in China Town and central to parks and restaurants. If you love walking a city this place is great. The space is small but layed out well.
