"The staff at check in were brutal. The lady had a hard time understanding me (English) and the man with her was rude to her and condescending. NOT the Hyatt standard at all! He was so rude! I had to pay an extra fee for parking which I was sure I already included and they wouldn’t even look into it. They were rude and said no I don’t see it here so you didn’t pay for it. Just rude "
