「Excellent location just across CN Tower. Booked a Panoramic Bedroom. Room condition not in good shape as toaster, range hood, main door and main toilet door was broken at check-in. Responsible staffs with turnaround of 1-2 days. But main disappointment in refrigerator breakdown on 3rd day and was not fixed until day of departure, causing a number of food that rottened and needed to be disposed. 「是個乾淨的房間，白天陽光可以照進房間很明亮，但房間燈很少導致晚上房間內有點昏暗。飯店會額外收費200 $CAD作為押金。飯店規定我們需在退房前需整理房間所有垃圾，並丟到垃圾房，並且使用洗碗機和洗衣機請洗所有使用過的碗盤及毛巾。需要盡量保持乾淨，以免無法得到退款。」

「hotel is near the subway and some visiting spots. people there were very friendly and helpful, and remembered the guest 's name. rooms are clean and neat, the bed is very awesome.」

「In general it is ok. Heating in the rooms are not working properly. Had to keep the one in the living room at its max, and kept other doors open to warm them. Otherwise, it was super cold to sleep in those rooms. The rest all ok」

「It has a perfect location next to the waterfront and Union Train Station with a stunning view of CN tower. There is also supermarket in the corner. The contact with the host is also efficient. However, the toilet was situated right between the bedroom and another corner with a bed. Therefore, we had to cross the beds everytime when we went to toliet which is very inconvenient.」
