“From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable, especially a staff member named Taryll. The heated indoor pool was set to a comfortable temperature. The suite that we stayed in was very clean as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, and impeccable hospitality. I would definitely book……

“Clean and great centre”

“The only Mandatory fees （65$ a night) not mention and when I ask any chargeable activities. They said only a leaflet will show. Suggest must mention to guests when check-in. To avoid any arguments. ”

“Lovely place, we had such a great time staying here. The amenities were awesome we loved the barrel saunas outside and the hot tub. The food at breakfast and the pub were incredible, wish we stayed when the restaurant was open and operating but we will be back soon, already talking about coming back in the summer to experience the place in the warmer weather. ”

“We loved the activities for the kids and also the amenities as well. It was a Thanksgiving weekend but we didn't feel that the place was fully booked. The place was quiet and relaxing and it made the kids feel comfortable as well. One added suggestion will be is to add more dining options for the breakfast buffet menu. but overall, I would say that the place is excellent for family trips. ”

“The property is definitely dated, but v clean. Needed a place to stay for a local race which required 3 nights accommodation. Price was right, and then I was also informed at check in that bc the pool wasn’t open, I would be receiving an additional discount. Nice! Staff were wonderful, and provided me a lot of detail about what amenities were on site, AND the restaurant was open until 10pm which was great! Bed was comfy, loved having a balcony overlooking the little pond in front of the……
