“Sam went out of his way to greet us and bring our luggage up to the apartment while I found a parking spot down at the Days Inn. He also came quickly to look at an issue with the heater. Unfortunately it was not fixed and a fan was coming on and off every 12 seconds. Two nights of bad sleep. Apartment had everything we needed, it just needs some upgrading.”
