“I had a great experience at AC Hotel by Marriott. I arrived around 19:00, and check-in was fast and smooth. The staff provided me with the room I booked without any issues.
The room itself is spacious and well-maintained, with good amenities. If you need slippers or a toothbrush, just ask at the reception. The bed is very comfortable, and I slept soundly during my stay.
The hotel’s location is excellent — right in downtown Ottawa, next to ByWard Market. There are plenty of dining options……

“The hotel is well located downtown. The breakfast buffet was really overpriced, at over $100 for a family. Parking is really expensive too. The staff helped us change rooms because an ice machine just outside our first room door was making very loud noises. Rooms and beds are pretty good, but nothing too special.”

“It was a horrible experience for our family. The check-in staff and staff in restaurant were nice and polite, apart from this, this hotel just did not fulfill the expectation on Sheraton brand. First, we arrived at the hotel at after 5pm, but the rooms were still not ready to check-in; the staff offered free breakfast for compensation. Next, when we came back to the hotel at night time and prepare to take a bath, there was no hot water supply in the entire hotel, we called the service hotline……
