Very limited parking - for 4 cars. We were on the third floor of a walk-up which was not good for someone with mobility issues. Sabina was very informative about the neighbourhood. We met interesting people in the breakfast room. The location of the hotel was very convenient to a walkable downtown.

This small downtown hotel is clean, comfortable and apparently well run. It is thinly staffed, and guests carry their luggage up and down stairs to the rooms, but the staff we met were friendly and helpful. It's location is good, albeit not scenic. The bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the airiness of our room and the fact that one could open the windows.

Location was excellent and within walking distance of everything. The owner was very nice and helpful. Complimentary cappuccino coffee in the morning was appreciated. Would be nice if there was an option for continental breakfast but McD's and Tim's were close by so not a big deal. Good value.

I had a spectacular room with a massive tub in a separate room! Cute and cozy fireplace and a nice work space. I’ve never been so excited to return from my events to enjoy time solo. Staff were incredible. Thank you so much for the amazing upgrade, for lending me a charger and for storing my luggage. Swiss Hotel is close to so much in Ottawa; walking distance to Rideau Centre & Byward Market. I’ll be back for sure!
