Excellent customer service. We were stuck in Ottawa for an extra day due to an ice storm. I was so worried that we wouldn't be able to book the room for an additional day. As soon as you walk in you feel you are in an upscale hotel. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is easy to navigate. We particularly loved, the pool, the hot tub, the sauna room. There is also inside access to the Rideau Mall. Our room had a beautiful view of Parliament which was a really great view as the sun was setting. We will be back for sure.

I will admit that my expectations were mediocre for this hotel, and they continually surprised me. Every single staff member I interacted with was so professional and genuinely helpful. You can tell there’s a strong management presence on the ground floor. Very customer service oriented. The hotel is refreshed and clean. It’s got a Starbucks in the lobby and the little restaurant they have there had a fantastic, like really really really fantastic buffet. I also had another meal there and it was also really actually good. And wasn’t outrageously expensive either. Parking was also easy and accommodating. I use the pool facility as well and it was incredibly clean. Same with the gym. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is coming through town.
