“Communication from host was great, any concerns that we had during our stay was resolved immediately and he went above and beyond to help us everytime. Host even went check in with us half way through the trip to ensure we had everything we need. The property itself was ok, no complaints, does the job. The area is very walkable to core downtown. But the further east past Jarvis can be a bit quiet at night. ”

“We had an excellent stay at this property. Even though we had 5 people in our group there was adequate space to sleep without feeling crowded. The host provided plenty of towels, extra linens/blankets and included things we didn’t expect, such as coffee and shampoo. The unit was very clean and conveniently had a washer and dryer in the unit, a well-stocked kitchen, and a small balcony (which was relaxing to sit on at night). The location was only a short walk away the Convention Center, CN……

“This was a great property for our family of 5. The building is nice and felt very safe. We had all the things needed to cook a few meals during our stay. The location was great because we went to a few Jays games and were able to easily Uber anywhere else we wanted to go. The beds were comfortable with soft white sheets and we all slept well.”

“Fabulous house for our stay! Found grocery store, liquor store, and restaurants within a couple of blocks. Host was clear with instructions and even checked in to make sure that our stay was going well. Loved sitting out on the small patio when we had the time. Would have been nice to know about the multiple levels of stairs as we had my 81 year old father with us....though he managed the stairs well and our stay was wonderful!!”

“1st off, the owner is lovely, prompt and helpful. The unit was brand new. Despite the fact that the community still under active construction, it was bright, sunny and furnished well. We had plenty of space and there is a TON OF NATURAL LIGHT. Beautiful blinds. As I sleep with Black out curtains, it was a bit of adjustment to my sleeping but nothing to really gig about the place, that's just my sleep preference. At no time, even when we needed to park the car away from the unit as they……

“Stayed here with my girlfriend (Midtown native) my sister and her boyfriend for their first time in Toronto and we loved that this location was not only very nice and clean but also was also a short walk from most touristy attractions. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely like to stay here again!”
