“Certainly not a dream home. I don't like being critical, but also don't want others to be mislead.Everything in this unit is cheap and put together with scotch tape and lipstick. A shelf that was only taped to the wall fell down, the kitchen sink faucet mount turns when you use the water, there is a mere 18" of room to walk between the wall and the far side of the bed, the tiny couch is so low and no supportive that my back still isn't right. No dish rack, or dish cloth. Just a pad of steel wool……

“Fabulous, clean, spacious and modern apartment. Welcome snacks and water on arrival. Beds were comfortable and towels were thick and fluffy. Bathroom and ensuite were fantastic. 8 minute walk from Clifton Hill which was easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The property was in a disarray and unclean when we arrived approximately an hour after check in time. The merchant did not respond right away and after waiting a half hour on the ash covered porch, we booked alternate accommodation. The merchant was apologetic for the condition and asked us to wait a few more hours. I explained that I was travelling with companion with disability who required rest so we booked alternative accommodation. We asked that they reverse the charge. The merchant sent……

“Check in process was very easy, we received instructions via a msg on the hotels.com platform with the address/unit, access code and wifi. I would prefer a text or at least text notification because unless you have the app installed you don’t get notified (only email saying you have one unread msg on the platform). Keep in mind this is more an issue with hotels.com rather than with the host. The entire house was VERY clean, although there was a bag of garbage left in the garage when we……

“This is a nice clean and cozy spacious townhouse. Everything you see on the site is accurate. Anna and Roman thank you for opening up your home to my family. We had everything we needed for this spur of the moment New Year's Eve trip! Bedrooms had extra blankets and towels, the kitchen was stocked with utensils, pots, pans, plates etc. Thank you Anna for always being responsive..you had great suggestions for viewing the fireworks at the falls, things to do with our teen girls and even guiding us……

“Center of town but feels like you're in a bit of an oasis. So you have all the positives of both access to everything, and a little privacy. The enclosed porch is awesome in the mornings for watching the town wake up! Richard was a fantastic communicator and even offered us early checkin and late departure. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay there again!”
