“The property was in a disarray and unclean when we arrived approximately an hour after check in time. The merchant did not respond right away and after waiting a half hour on the ash covered porch, we booked alternate accommodation. The merchant was apologetic for the condition and asked us to wait a few more hours. I explained that I was travelling with companion with disability who required rest so we booked alternative accommodation. We asked that they reverse the charge. The merchant sent……

“While the area is generally pleasant, this is an upper one-unit with extremely thin walls and floors, making it difficult to maintain privacy. We received the check-in instructions an hour before arriving at the property. The instructions included a quiet time from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM, prohibiting any noise. However, this quiet time was not mentioned in the listings “house rules,” We would not have booked the unit if we had been aware of it in the listing. We assumed that the quiet time referred……

“Had to contact the owner to get check in information. Once arrived the condo we had booked was not cleaned. Bath tubs were full of dirty clothes. Beds were not changed. Trash cans full. Owner gave us a different place that did not have the duel sided upper outdoor deck with the view. The small no view patio it did have did not have any furniture. Asked for some but it never came.
