“The Property was generally clean. The garbage from previous guests was not removed. Towels were not ready to be used; they were still in the washing machine. We had to dry them ourselves. No air circulation in one of the rooms (contrary to the website said central air to all rooms); got quite warm at night and need to leave the door opened. One washroom flushing mechanism was not working. Front Door handle was broken. When we arrived, the cleaner was still cleaning and we were there near……

“The name is accurate. This was a centrally located (to University, Restaurants, Shopping) and very much an escape (nothing like coming home from a busy day to a beautifully maintained/clean home in which you have space to unwind). The host has done a phenomenal job putting together a truly unique and perfect-for-us refuge for our family.”

“The house was fine. My disappointment was in the kitchen. Only 3 dinner forks, 4 knives, no water glasses, and only 1 pot. The picture showed a backyard deck with patio furniture but no chairs or table, etc outside. The dining room included 3 broken chairs in the corner. No face clothes in the washrooms but thankfully they did provide towels. I complained to the host and he asked how many people I had. I believe it would be bare minimum to expect dishes for 8 people. My reservation was for 4……
