"The building and rooms are old but well-maintained. Breakfast is good. The rooms we have stayed in this time and last time are both very spacious, which is rare compared to the newer hotels. Our family of 4 didn't feel crammed in a little room at all. Great value! "

"Booked two rooms here, super clean but one of the room's sinks seemed to only give boiling hot water. Bachelors was super nice with a stocked kitchen area and pots. Big rooms and nice balconies. Parking at the back of hotel is small"

"Once again, my favourite place in Ottawa. Service is always excellent, rooms are comfortable. Location insuperable. Then only issue is that they require a system that identifies repeat clients. Would be a lovely addition if you welcome back frequent guests."
