"The internet was fine, but we didn't spend much time in our rooms."

"I stay at the Chelsea somewhat often, but this was the first time during March Break. Their policy of allowing children into the adults only pool and requiring pre-booking is ridiculous! None of this was mentioned at check in, nor was it written on the flyer I was given at check in. We arrived at the adults only pool to not only find it filled with screaming children, but the staff were acting like they might have to turn us away because we didn’t prebook a time slot. If you’re going to have this ridiculous rule then at least communicate it! "

"Very confusing layout in regards to entrance and how to get to the hotel from where we parked. Not many signs in the underground. Front desk was slow and unprofessional. Elevator was old and frankly scary to use with the emergency panels open. The whole place just felt old, unkept , dusty, not designed well, and staff poorly trained. Particularly Maria at reception, avoid her if possible, she will cut you off when asking a question and raise her voice at you. "

"The apartment-style hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay. The sheets were crisp and white, and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had most essentials, though a spatula for cooking would have been helpful. I’d also recommend bringing basic items like salt and pepper. The property doesn’t offer amenities like a pool or gym, but its location in Church-Wellesley Village, downtown Toronto is excellent within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bars. A nice bonus was the self-serve coffee lounge, which helped save on buying coffee elsewhere. One downside was the parking garage. The entrance is extremely steep and lacks clear signage or directional arrows. After parking, we had difficulty finding the exit and accidentally ended up on an even lower level with very low clearance, exposed pipes, and beams. Unfortunately, our roof rack and antenna were scraped in the process. When we contacted management, they were not particularly helpful and simply stated that if we were able to get in, we should be able to get out. They also mentioned a height warning sign, though none of us saw it. We drove a Ford Bronco Sport so not a large vehicle. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the parking situation was frustrating enough to impact our overall experience and rating."

"Greatest hotel I’ve stayed at in the falls. I’ve stayed everywhere and I don’t know how I missed this place. Everything you need in one hotel, with connections to other hotels, restaurants and casino. Just the best!!!"
