“I was assigned to an older room which is exactly the same as 20 years ago. Upgrade faster please”

“The breakfast, in terms of both quality and quantity, meets expectations. ”

“Good location. Staffs friendly. Room is clean.”

“The room is spacious, the campus view is great, and the hight-adjustable desk and dimmable lighting are fantastic! However, the slow wifi and over-simplified bathroom can be improved.”

“The room was not so clean, dusty and because of the old carpet it smells bad. If you look at the details of the windows, floors, hallways it’s pretty tired.”

“Good location, 2 min walk to St. George station. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is so cut, all in round shapes. Definitely will be back in my next visit. ”

“This accommodation is very convenient, with a kitchen and easy walking access to the subway. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the environment is quiet and comfortable.”

“Super convenient location! Good size rooms with large windows overlooking the city. But TV wasn't working properly and bathrooms lights were dim and sterile-like.”

“員工友善，幫忙我們搬行李，給了很大的幫忙！！ 可惜沒有電梯，不是很方便之外，還把check in資訊裡的台灣放在中國欄位，資訊錯誤。 台灣不是中國，我們check in 的護照說明了一切。”

“Only one key for the two guests made it a hassle. Location was good. Bathroom mats were disgusting.”

“很滿意，日後會繼續選擇居住。”

“Are good”

“The place is not clean. The hair blower and light is broken. The attendant ask us to complete a job request form. Then ask the guest to check the fuse box themselves. Upon insistence, finally sent someone to take a look. Guest have to buy hair blower for use as an unexpected event”
