"The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. "

Peaceful, eloquent, elegant, suburban area, not too far from outskirts of country roads, leading to nearby, older parts of town, for "average folk", as well, not only rich. Grocery store, Farm Boy - AWESOME! + nearby Timmy's & Star Bucks & Gasoline.

"The hotel was perfect. Comfortable room, awesome restaurant and bar, good food, friendly employees. It was a home away from home and I loved every moment. Will definitely refer Don Valley to friends and would love to come back and stay again"

We reserved there due to the proximity to Budweiser gardens and it was short a short walk away. I would definitely stay at this hotel again whether I’m going to Budweiser gardens or not "
"Overall a really great stay. Close to so many restaurants, shops and public transportation. Family pool and waterslide were a favourite of our kids; extended hours so they spent much of the day there.
Room was clean and comfortable; balcony was great for people watching. The very small bathroom was probably the only negative; pretty hard to navigate with kids.
Self-check in and check-out was amazing; no line - in and out in no time! Would most definitely recommend and return if we are ever back in the area.
