"We stayed for one night at the start of May 2026, we quite enjoyed our stay the lady working the front desk as we checked in was extremely welcoming and more then happy to answer all our silly questions. The building and room were very clean and organized, gym had a healthy variety of machines, and a water dispenser, however there was no pool which I remember seeing pictures of on the listing but was not mentioned in the amenities. The only issues with our room were that the window wouldn't fully it was stuck about 1-2 CMS open meaning there was alot of extra road noise from being beside hwy 400 and we could not find a remote for the tv anywhere in the room, we did not bring up either issue with the staff because they didn't personally bother us much and we didn't want to bug the staff late at night. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel, but there is conveniently a McDonald's in the parking lot as an additional option. Overall great hotel and a great value(atleast for when I stayed)"

"This BW is tired but they are in the process of doing upgrades. Staff is fantastic. My only complaint is that I had a suite with a kitchenette and it was poorly appointed. Wasn’t really to my benefit to have that room over a regular one except for extra space and a larger fridge."
