"Good"

"This is an older property but met our needs for a short layover from our flight. It was quiet and comfortable enough. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel for meals which was helpful. The shuttle picked us up at the airport and then returned us to the airport in the morning. It was on time every half hour. Good instructions where to wait for pickup."

"We only stayed overnight, however the whole experience was great and accommodating. The reception desk staff very friendly, lovely restaurant server (cannot recall her name but she was super sweet and provided top-notch service). The shuttle drivers were very nice and prompt and got us to the airport without a hitch--especially since we had slept in through our alarm and were feeling a little panicky that we wouldn't get to the airport on time. The fact that the restaurant was opened until 11pm was very appreciated as we had not eaten anything since the morning and only arrived to the Westin t close to 10pm. We had the smash burger and it was really good! The menu had some great food items and we could te Wish we could have had more time to enjoy the room--it was super nice an roomy. They even give you a small bottle lavender essential oil that you can roll onto your skin or pillow for added comfort and relaxation. Come to think of it...maybe this is why we slept in a little?!? We would stay here again in a heartbeat! "

"Only reason for a poor rating is their lack of a system for the airport shuttle. They need to install a retractable belt stanchion with a sign “line up starts here”. It would eliminate shoving, rude comments and stares. "

"Lots of stained appliances and furniture, in the lobby as well. Staff was good, didn’t check out the breakfast. Didn’t use the wifi. Tv channels were good tv was good, spa was good and nice. Could be cleaned up. Washroom was fine, shower was good. Amenities were okay. Would like a non decaf coffee option"

"Everything was perfect, excellent customer service. they provided amazing breakfast and all appliances in the room were in perfect condition. The AC was working perfectly fine too"

"Getting picked up from the airport was very easy and quick. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. I was very satisfied with my stay."
