"The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. "

"It was a great place for my friends and I! Lots of beds, clean, lots of mirrors for us ladies to get ready, big dining table, and easy for parking. It is a new build so front entrance stairs weren’t done and the neighbourhood is still being finished. As more people move into the neighbourhood parking may be more of a challenge. I did have to reach out for all questions like check in and check out information but responses were quick. My friends and I had a fantastic weekend with no troubles at...
