Even if another room was replaced, the door lock was still cannot be locked. They arranged two technicians to come and repair the door locks of the two rooms. “We were glad to have a parking spot with this rental. We could not enter from the Queen Street side. The only entry to this basement property was a back lane littered with bins and trashWe were surprised by the spiral metal open stairs leading down to this basement apartment. We specifically chose this rental as we were travelling with our dog. She refused to go down these stairs. We appreciate that the owner responded quickly to provide a solution.
