“We drove for over 3 hours after working all day, we arrived at 2am to check in. No one at the desk but two people sitting in the lobby say "she will be back soon"
Almost 25 mins later.
Check in was so frustrating, especially since one of the people in the lobby was staff.
She did not try to call or find out where her co-worker was for us.
Very unprofessional of her to leave her post unmanned for so long.”
