“It has a perfect location next to the waterfront and Union Train Station with a stunning view of CN tower. There is also supermarket in the corner. The contact with the host is also efficient. However, the toilet was situated right between the bedroom and another corner with a bed. Therefore, we had to cross the beds everytime when we went to toliet which is very inconvenient.”

“To save cost, the service provider decides to wash the bed cover, sheets and towels right at the checked out hotel room. This obviously prolonged the cleaning process. When we finally got in, the extra sheets and covers were thrown on the rack in the closet, unfolded. The biggest problem is the dishwasher. It was broken, and full of uncleaned dishes. Open the dishwasher and it smells. Nobody has informed us about this and nothing has been done to address this issue. There was no tissues……

“The area was perfect! The Royal Ontario Museum was right across the street and beautiful shops and pubs everywhere! Building was so secure and top notch with beautiful views through the all glass walls/windows! Right next to the transit for easy access to the whole city. Great immediate communication too that helped answer any questions. 10/10 would definitely stay again!”

“A great location for walking around the city. The apartment was great but the only downside was the temperature control: couldn't get the apartment to cool to our desired temp. It wasn't uncomfortable but I didn't need to use a blanket at night. Very nice to have a free parking space but I did encounter an issue with our dedicated spot being taken by other people. So perhaps the parking spot should be labeled that it's reserved for a certain apartment. ”
