Well kept for an old Toronto property. The staff is friendly and respectful. Options for parking good and the heat/air conditioning unit easy to use. Also, nice windows if you are lucky to get one. Great location on a nice quiet steet.

Everything was super clean and tidy, nice bright little room even for the sub level room! The staff at the front desk were helpful, and the area didn't feel like you were downtown it was so nice and quiet!

The staff was wonderful. Very welcoming and helpful. I needed ice from and they made sure the little cafe onsite was open to me for whatever I needed. It is small and quaint and I walked into town easily for wine and snacks, with help from the staff of the closest store to find. Would stay again for sure.

Hi there, this was a great place to stay for a night in Toronto. The staff was very friendly. I had my civil ceremony the next day and they even accommodated a late checkout which I greatly appreciated even though they were fully booked. I would recommend this place!

I like the room. It is well maintained. The staff is friendly. My only problem is that the bathroom did have enough hooks to hang clothes and towels. The amenities are nice. Each room has a fridge, Keurig, and large TV but cable is not provided.

You get what you pay for although wasn’t thatttt cheap. Would not recommend this hotel at all, unless you simply need somewhere to rest your head. The walls are paper thin, you can hear every conversation in the rooms beside you, any time people walk through the hall way you can hear them. Doors slamming all night and morning. If someone was to drop their phone beside you or above it would wake you up. If you are a light sleeper you will get no sleep. Area is not the safest but it’s okay.. would highly not recommend.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The bed/pillows were extremely comfortable to the point that I didn’t make it out after laying down, very clean, very compact (not too much room for activities) but for a night, great value. Would stay here again.

Hotel was in a good location for down town. The neighbourhood is a bit sketchy at the bottom of the street but if you use the top of the street its absolutely fine. Felt very safe to wander round in my own as a woman too If I come back to toronto I would definitely stay here again.
