Excellent location. Close to Scotiabank Centre, CN Tower and Roger’s Centre. Walking distance to a lot of popular places. Check in a bit cumbersome but perfect once we arrived and were in. Clean property, security at the desk, very good overall! We will stay here again!

The host attempted to make our check in easy although because we flew from Los Angeles and arrived after midnight and the check in instructions buried the lead of “contact before x hour” which lead us to park in a garage next door for the night. If we had read the instructions with more attention it would have been easy. Also, the pull out couch was not very comfy for my 27 year old athlete son. Overall, everything was clean with extra towels, sheets and the air conditioning was perfect.

Apartment was okay, a little run down. There was a shattered sliding glass door (intact) and not sure if they wash all the bedding fully. They said there is no gym but there is a full gym facility on the main floor which the fob did not work for. Great central location and communication was good, was just expecting a nicer apartment.

Check in process was difficult with requirements that were time consuming. There was a consistent beeping sound outside our apartment that was annoying. Bathroom was extremely small. The positives ……view was lovely and we enjoyed how close we were to entertainment, great restaurants and Rogers Stadium.

Location a bit tricky to find. Civic number is inside the building. Great location. Cleaning supplies / air freshener very fragrant which was not good for my husbands asthma. Quiet and comfortable.

Cleaner was extremely rude and aggressive. Yelled at my kid in a different language. Sheets were not changed. Some type of splatter on the curtains- blood, wine, coffee..? We’ll never know. Decent size place. Lots of extra towels and blankets. Ensured they were clean via washing ourselves. Great area though! Very close to downtown activities. Check out Hoops if in the area.

Location is amazing few minutes walk to CN tower and harbour water front and sports bars restaurants. all self serve and self check in one bed Condo is very well maintained with necessities and WiFi. City buildings view from balcony and take chair for relaxing is quite nice as well.

The information of how to get into the property was not communicated well. They sent very sketchy instructions via the apps messages. Was told no to interact with the front desk. The pictures of where the actual location was needs to be updated as there are many building entrances that look exactly the same. We waited over an hour before hardly getting in contact with the property owner and even finding the right building. Would not suggest due to entry issues. There was also a very annoying alarm system beeping once inside. other than that it was mediocre. The view was nice.

We had a two nights stay. Great location. Close to Scotiabank Arena, CN Tower, Ripleys Aquarium, Tim Hortons, and a really good grocery store attached to the property (Longos) via an underground walkway. Check in was a little confusing, but manageable, Unit was well equipped. Compact layout, generally comfortable, hot showers, bed mattress decent, spacious fridge. Balcony was big and relaxing. The only negative was the A/C was straining to reach a comfortable temperature. It did marginally improve, but needed over 24 hours to do so.
