「Room is spacious but the room for improvement at the front desk while check-in」

「We have stayed at the Oban for many years. Our room was small but clean. Pillows need a review as huge and not easy to sleep on. The front gardens beautiful. One staff member very sweet. Overall okay. Location is great and golf club although patio closed is lovely. Despite poor weather we enjoyed.」

「We were very disappointed with our stay. We chose the property over others for their amenities (pool/hot tub) only to arrive, and they were drained and out of order. They should have emailed days before to let me know. I was so looking forward to that. The resort felt so empty but I was given a room overlooking their roof. The staff were sweet and nice however. I would have just expected some compensation or a voucher (customer service).」
