"Staff is super friendly! Room was decent but the hotel in general needs improvements and maybe newer appliances like, for example, the hair dryer. It’s great to have breakfast included but maybe a few extra options would be perfect."

"Mostly I just want to say that the front desk person was so helpful and genuine in his efforts to help me get checked in after arriving very late, on a very long flight (with no sleeping for a long time). In an age when customer service is languishing due to inhospitable corporate attitudes and AI taking over everything, this lovely human being really made my experience so much better. The hotel was nice (nothing outstanding but nice) but his customer service was exceptional. "

"My daughter and I stayed here for a week's vacation in March in the Toronto area. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and we appreciated having a room with two separate areas for sleeping. The breakfast included a variety of hot and cold items we enjoyed. The pool was large and water was warm and there was a large fitness center. It also has easy access to the QEW highway and is close to restaurants and businesses. We would stay here again."

"Absolutely no parking!!!! They sell it all to park and fly. Parking is at another property. They don’t tell you this until you drive the lot 15x. We were there 4 days. No fan in the bathroom. Breakfast was adequate but the same every day. Egg, sausage, toast. Waffles were good. It’s a motel. No elevator. Not a good place if you have mobility issues at all. Staff were nice. Room was clean. Wouldn’t stay here again unless I had no choice or I was flying south. "

"Although Expedia claims the room I booked had a shower tub combo, this is not true Although what Expedia got wrong, the hotel itself made right by upgrading they were outstanding"
