"The owner was extremely friendly and assured us that he would supply all the necessities, such as sheets, pillows, and other basic items. The room was overall in good condition, and the location was quite convenient, with a parking space included. That said, the floor underneath the sofa was noticeably dirty, and the surface of sofa wasn’t clean, and because the room is in the basement, the air felt somewhat heavy. "

"This property was a huge disappointment and not as described. We were placed in a basement unit despite booking what was advertised as a “premier house.” It’s not suitable for six guests. we were only five and still found it inadequate. Basic essentials were lacking: just two rolls of toilet paper for six days (the host was arguing with us that there was more even though we have picture proof there was two), towels smelled of mildew, and not enough sheets for the beds we requested. "Check in was excellent. We desired to check in early otherwise it would have been so late checking in later after a hectic day. The girl behind the desk was so pleasant and accommodating allowing us to check in early. She certainly made us feel welcome and never hesitated to find us an early check in room which we certainly did appreciate. Also we met a housekeeping member who truly was a very pleasant lady whom was very frank and social plus very sweet. It is great to recognize all staff members who contribute the a great stay at Studio 6. "
