The room was overall in good condition, and the location was quite convenient, with a parking space included. That said, the floor underneath the sofa was noticeably dirty, and the surface of sofa wasn’t clean, and because the room is in the basement, the air felt somewhat heavy. "

"I didn't stay at this location. The property owner had an unexpected plumbing issue with it. We arrived to the destination location city. Reached out via VRBO to the property to advise we were on our way there. Then, suddenly an email arrived stating canceled reservation. Via chat we learned the place was flooded. Owner was out of town. Wife was there but failed to inform us. We had to find a hotel."

"Overall, I would stay in the future and would recommend others to stay. It was nice and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. Now the minor negatives, the basement area was a little cold and the top floor was a bit on the warmer side. Maybe there was another thermostat but we couldn't figure it out during our 1 night stay. The parking area had some thorny plant that needs trimming. "
