We had to wait in the lobby past 5:30pm for our room that was supposed to be a 4pm check in. We were told there were “too many” early check ins and they were cleaning. After travelling 8+ hours and my mom across countries 12+ hours. Upon arriving to the room, my sheets had star glitter/confetti? Inside of them. So they were not even changed. No garbage bags in the garbage and the shower had hair all near the drain. we were given ONE free breakfast for the trouble with the wait. Which we did not even use as my family of 4 is not going to fight over who deserves the meal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the Easter weekend. Check-in and check-out were seamless, housekeeping was wonderful, and guest services were always ready to assist with anything we needed. We stayed in a suite with a King bed, and the bathroom was stunning, featuring the BEST bathtub. It included robes, slippers, and bath salts, making our soak feel like a luxurious spa getaway. Additionally, the bathroom was exceptionally well-stocked with toiletries that went above and beyond the usual offerings. The bed was incredibly comfortable; as someone who rarely sleeps well in hotels, I was out cold the entire night. The only drawback of our room was the TV. It was a large smart TV positioned in the center of the room on a stand that seemed to double as a room divider. Unfortunately, it only faced the bed, preventing us from sitting on the couch and watching TV together as a family, which was disappointing. We found the pool to be underwhelming. It was quite small and only 4’6” deep. During our stay, several hockey teams were there for a local tournament, and it was impossible to accommodate even one team in the pool at a time, let alone multiple teams. Overall, we would certainly stay again. While the pool and TV were disappointments, they weren't significant enough to detract from our overall experience.
The kitchenette had lots of storage but the cupboards and drawers were empty. There is a small bar fridge. It would have been nice if it was a bit bigger.

Beware of trying to use the lobby room, if you ask to use the room they might say you can use it but then tell you that you'll have to leave in an hour to "deep clean it" but then let a group of parents be loud and drunk in the room and let them stay in it for as long as they like.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. During my stay at Bloom Mississauga, Tapestry Collection by Hilton on March 25, 2026, I returned to my room after their housekeeping service and discovered that the contents of a FULL bathroom trash bin had been dumped directly into the toilet bowl and the toilet lid left covered. When I opened the lid, the toilet was filled with garbage. This was not just unpleasant—it was a serious sanitation failure. The bathroom was unusable, and the situation was both shocking and completely inappropriate for any hotel, let alone one under the Hilton brand. What made matters worse was the handling by management. The explanation I received did not adequately account for what happened, and there was a clear lack of accountability. That response was almost as concerning as the incident itself. Travelers should be aware that this property appears to have significant issues with basic housekeeping standards and quality control. I strongly suggest management take immediate corrective action, as this kind of incident should never happen in a professional hospitality environment.

I recently stayed at the Hilton and had a really enjoyable experience overall. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The amenities were great, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. The only minor drawback was that the hotel is located along a flight path, so there was some noticeable noise from planes at times. It didn’t completely take away from my stay, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper. That said, I still had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider returning. Great service and a comfortable experience overall!

I loved this hotel. It had a beautiful smell, staff were kind, and the hotel was very clean. My only things to pick at is , there was no bottle water in the rooms. I am use to at least 1 bottle of water to drink as a courtesy, so to have none was very surprising. Also One microwave per the hotel. But other than that, great place….
