From the moment we walked in, we felt incredibly welcome; everyone was friendly and kind. The breakfast was a wonderful surprise, offering a wide variety of options—all of which were delicious. Another detail I appreciated was the very pleasant scent that greeted us as we entered the hotel.

Zimmer, Hotel etc. sehr sauber. Alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage für Sightseeing für uns ideal gewesen. Konnten alles zu Fuss erreichen. Ein Stern Abzug wegen der Akustik. Zimmertür war sehr hellhörig, man hat selbst die Aufzuggeräusche wahrgenommen, obwohl wir nicht direkt am Aufzug unser Zimmer hatten. Die Tür zum Badezimmer war leider auch sehr laut. Man hat nachts automatisch die andere Person im Zimmer aufgeweckt.

I was really hoping this place was going to be a gem that it cosplayed. Unfortunately our group was disappointed at many levels. Poor customerservice, hard to reach staff, washrooms, backing up, and being reprimanded for bringing coffee from the outside to finish it in the lobby after a long walk. I can go on, but I think the simplest dancer is we will likely be avoiding this place.

Cramped lobby, lots of employees, small rooms (the space between the foot of the bed and the wall is about a foot and a half, which for a mid size person is not adequate). However the bathroom is spacious with a nice large glass enclosed shower Rooms include nothing but fresh towels, clean sheets and bottled water. But no slippers, no shoe horn, nothing to wipe your shoes There was a TV set in my room that has to be watched on the diagonal because it is not facing the bed (there is no place to sit in the room but the bed) Breakfast includes many items but some of them stale of bulk supermarket quality

Never wrote a review until now. It was SUCH a nice hotel. I’m literally trying to become a member. Was for a fun girls trip (2). Space beds and spacious and it comes with FREE delicious break fast. The employees were great and so helpful. This did not apply to us but it might, they don’t have an official parking deck but maybe 3 mins walk is a parking station. Would seriously recommend.
