The room was very clean, staff very helpful and pleasant. The amenities were on point and the location of the hotel itself was very convenient as it was near to a lot of restaurants and tourist sites such as the CN Tower and Ripley’s Aquarium. We will def stay here again!!

The room was small but adequate. The bathroom was poorly designed. Fine for a single traveller but not a couple. Barn door is noisy to open or close and a frosted glass door…bright as daytime with the light on. Don’t expect your partner to stay asleep if you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night

Clean room and great breakfast. Very friendly staff at every corner. Only con is: if you have a room near the elevator, the elevators play music in them - so that can be annoying at night when you are trying to sleep if people keep coming to your floor

Welcome was nice the minute we stepped through the door. The bellman was very helpful with directing us for parking, taking our bags in while we parked and taking our things to our room (happy to tip!). Check in was smooth. It was my birthday, but they didn't offer any upgrades. They said they would send something to the room, but they didn't. It's ok though. I would ask for a higher floor next time - we were on the 6th and no view. Room was clean and nicely appointed, big enough for one night, comfortable bed, mini fridge, etc. If you want wine glasses, bring your own or ask them to provide from the kitchen. Great breakfast included - amazing buffet and nice meet and greet by the exec chef. Nice boutique hotel in the middle of the city, would definitely stay again.
