"If you like to walk this is the place to be, if not the local train transportation was at the corner (about 3 buildings away). The staff was friendly and informative of the area. It has underground parking available."

"Lovely hotel and well worth the money. Staff were exceptionally helpful, especially the front desk staff who were amazing. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and the shower was a treat in the mornings. Pool area was relaxing and comfortable and spotless. Don't be fooled by the somewhat brutalist exterior of the hotel - it really is a great place to stay, ideally located about 5 mins walk to the subway and the Eaton Centre. Hop on Hop off bus stops close by and most of the tour companies pick up and drop off at the hotel. Didn't use the in house dining facilities as there are plenty of places nearby, although slightly disappointed that some of the in house hospitality areas were closed when we were there but overall it didn't affect our stay that much. Will definitely be back next time we visit Toronto."

"We needed bedding for the sofa bed and it was delivered to our room in about 5 minutes. The pool was lovely too"

"I love the staff. I stayed there for a week in a work trip. Sadly I got sick and the front desk found me a clinic I could walk in and help me navigate walking there. So helpful and genuine... I love my room that was actually set up like an apartment. Full kitchen.. it was refreshing not to go out for breakfast. The area is very hip and so many restaurant and places to shop. The ride from the airport was also convenient ... by train only 20 minutes but going back I took a taxi to minimize hassle to the airport and that was only $80 .. they called a taxi for me and he was 10 minutes early. Loved my driver. Over all, a very nice experience the place is under construction but since I value Location, staff and my room cleanliness I will give this place is A plus. In gratitude, Heidy T"
