The front desk and rooms are nice and clean. But everything else is very dirty. There's a lot of big stain marks on every hallway carpets, the gym was beat up snd dirty with rust on the equipments, the only multi exercises machine was also broken.

Only about 30-40 mins from zoo and downtown Toronto. Great location for great price. Expectations were not high for such a good price. Some stains on rugs and sheets.
