「The space itself was very very nice and tidy, the check-in process, however, was horrible. Communication efforts were very poor- we ended up having to wait in the rain for 2+ hours after the check in time (which was supposed to be 4 pm), due to no answers to both their office phone and cell that was listed+ email communication replies took HOURS in between each email.」

「Check in process was a complete nightmare. Couldn’t get a key to the room for 3 hours. The limited parking advertised is non-existent. Staff at the property aren’t helpful at all. Hidden charges after booking on Expedia. Communication with property was terrible. Prepare to wait very long for a crowded elevator as well. Overall a really horrible experience.」

「The communication between the people who own this property and rented out and myself was terrible. They waited until the last few days to collect information. I was already on my way to my trip and didn’t wanna take the time to send them photo IDs, etc., etc. when I’m already traveling to that destination it took us at least three hours to get into the unit once we arrived. They did not leave us the fob for the parking area or send us the letter about it. Ask for a refund a partial refund anyway...

「一开始看其他评价说这家入住前要发你id和自己合照觉得不放心，但是当时也找不到其他的了。住进去之后其实发现各方面条件还是挺好的，房间里其实垃圾袋杯子卫生纸啥都有多翻翻柜子就能找到不用自己买，客服邮箱联系一般两小时之内也能回复。退租之后押金差不多十天给我退回来一分不少，地理位置还是挺方便的出门就是街车车站去union station很方便，整体还是很推荐」

「Gorgeous property, absolutely spotless. I was amazed at the attention to detail in decoration of the property. Beds were extremely comfortable with crisp, cool white sheets. The 2-bedroom, two bathroom floorplan was perfect for our party of 5. Beautiful and well-appointed kitchen. Neighborhood was very safe and had tons of delicious restaurants and local shops to choose from. Municipal parking directly across the street worked perfectly for us.
