「The location is amazing! Within walking distance of many bars, restaurants and attractions. I think the only complaint I have is the elevators. We stayed for 4 nights. Some times we would wait over 15 minutes for the elevator on the high rise side on the weekend. Weekdays they were fine, although it seemed like only one elevator was working. But the location and views made up for it.」

「My friends and I really enjoyed staying at the Gerrard! It felt very home-y and the pillows were so nice! It was really spacious, clean, and accommodating!! The fact that the host filled up a Brita and an ice tray for us and the Netflix was logged in already! The place isn’t too far from everything and although there was parking available for free, the convience of the paid parking across the street was great. The host was really kind and overall we had a great experience here! Highly recommend!」

「I like most the quick responses from the Life Suites Team to the requests I made about the absence of liquid detergent for the washing machines, the lack of detergent tabs for dish washing machines, and malfunctioning of the stove. I dislike most the cleanliness of the suites which I stayed with my wife and son. In particular, the penthouse suite which we stayed for 5 nights was dusty. 「Had a really great stay here. The location is super central and made it really easy to get around the city. The studio was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. 「This is an apartment in the Massey Tower. If you are expecting a typical hotel check-in experience or service from the concierge you won't be receiving either of those things. Even though it was psuedo-legal it was quite enjoyable, centrally-located, and close to a subway stop and the PATH system in Toronto. It was perfect for my needs. Glad I brought my own silverware and didn't need to microwave anything. Great views of the city!」
